Start point: Rakitno
Konjic, the start point is a town in northern Herzegovina, approximately 50 km southwest of Sarajevo. It is a mountainous and heavily-wooded area located 268 m above sea level. The municipality extends on both sides of the Neretva River, while the town of Konjic houses about one-third of the municipality’s population. The city is one of the oldest permanent settlements in Bosnia, dating back almost 4,000 years.
