Visitors can easily reach Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or even Albania on day or multi-day trips, while nearby gems such as the Elafiti Islands, Mljet, Korčula, and the Pelješac Peninsula remain among the most popular destinations.


Luxury travel is becoming a significant part of Dubrovnik´s tourism offering. Private speedboat cruises around the Adriatic can cost more than €1,400, while exclusive multi-day tours across Montenegro and Albania exceed €1,400 per person. While cross-border tours to destinations like Kotor, Mostar, and Sarajevo remain highly popular, Vuković believes Dubrovnik has an opportunity to further promote nearby Croatian destinations such as Pelješac and Korčula, as well as expand its portfolio of boat excursions along the Adriatic coast.
